Are you passionate about retail and service, and want to be part of a global and iconic brand like Hard Rock?

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Manager for our new Rock Shop who wants to lead the team, drive sales, and ensure the store reaches its full potential.

Your responsibilities

Lead and develop the Rock Shop team with a focus on service and results
Be responsible for purchasing, inventory management, and the daily operations of the store
Ensure the store meets set goals and delivers a first-class guest experience
Plan schedules and coach staff

We are looking for someone who

Has experience in retail management
Is structured and self-driven
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can motivate a team
Speaks English (mandatory) and preferably Swedish (a plus)
